Our accounting charges range form $ 50 to $ 350 per month depending upon volume.
Our accounting services include monthly recording of all transactions, preparing financial statements and Bank reconciliation and sending you report in excel file of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliation.
There is discount for combined services for payroll and accounting for one year contract. In addition, we offer annual 2 hours (4 instances) free consultation to such clients.
Following documents are required for accounting and tax of corporation.
1. Articles *
2. Tax Return of Last Year*
3. Copy of Bank Statement for entire year along with copies of check
4. Sales invoice/ Summary of sales duly matched with Bank deposit
5. Additional details for payments or deposit for which it is difficult to decide nature of expense or income from check. For Example: If bank statement shows payment to Staples or Office Depot we understand it as office supply, but if payment is to Wal-Mart than we do not know if it is for furniture, office supply or personal.
6. Detail of business expense paid from personal sources like personal card, personal check etc.
7. Home office form. Please download the form from www.helpfortax.com by clicking at basic info form and email to us.
Advance Payment required for start of accounting and tax work
1. Please send an advance check of a minimum charge of $350 or please provide credit card information so that we can charge it. No work will be preceded without advance payment.
2. For annual accounting we charge $350 - $1500 depending on volume of work. We advise about the applicable charge in your case upon receiving the document.
However these fees are to be regarded as an estimate or minimum charge. If time spent is more than 3 hours, extra charge of $50/hour for accounting assistant and $75/hr for Mahesh will be applied.
3. For corporation tax return $250 for federal and $50 per state are charged extra.
However, extra charges apply for tax return at the rate of $50/hr if tax work needs more than 2 hours. Time spent includes communication with the client for getting details/clarifications or time spent in changes or revisions.
* Not required if you are incorporated through Perfect Tax and Financial Services or have filed corporate tax last year through us.
